Notifications (transparency legislation)
The purpose of the transparency legislation is to ensure the transparency of the shareholder structure of listed companies. To achieve this, the transparency rules impose an obligation on investors in listed companies to notify the Belgian regulator (the FSMA) and the company itself whenever thresholds are exceeded, etc. (within four trading days after the event). The company in question is then required to disclose the information received in the notifications. The company in question must also disclose certain information to enable investors to submit their notifications. More information on the transparency legislation can be found on the FSMA website. The notifications received have been summarised in the table below.
Information for investors:
- The information that must be published in relation to the number of securities carrying voting rights can be found on our website under 'ordinary shares' in the section ‘Number of shares’.
- The Articles of Association set a notification threshold of 3% of the total number of voting rights. In addition, the legal thresholds of 5% or any multiple thereof also apply (see Article 10bis of the Articles of Association).
- The issued share capital of the group on 13 December 2024 amounted to 1 461 854 095,51 EUR
