Biography

• Born in 1969, in Oslo, Norway.
  
• Holds degree in Master of Business and Economics (Sivilökonom), specializing in finance, from Norwegian School of Management BI, Norway.
  
• International executive with extensive knowledge of insurance and financial industry. With over 25 years of experience, she has delivered results in both operative P&L and strategic change roles. She held various positions in Storebrand and If P&C. From 2005 – 2012, she served as Head of Business Area Private If P&C Nordic and was a member of Sampo Group Executive Committee. She developed and executed strategies with a strong focus on digital, data & analytics, and technology. From 2013 – 2019, she was Head of Global P&C Allianz SE. From 2021-2023, she served as global Chief Sustainability Officer at Allianz SE, establishing and integrating sustainability across the Allianz organization and Allianz business areas, including supporting the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE in building up the Sustainability Committee.
• Former experience in serving on Boards in the financial industry in Europe includes roles such as Board Member (Vice Chair from May 2022 to March 2023) at Allianz Germany, Board Member at Allianz Versicherungs-AG, Board Member at Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG, Board Member at Allianz Russia, Board Member at Finance Norway (original name FNO Norway), Board Member at Fremtind Forsikring and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees.
