Frank Donck
Biography
- Born in 1965, in Aalter, Belgium
- Holds a Master of Law Degree from the University of Ghent (Belgium) and a Master in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School, Ghent (Belgium)
- Started his career as investment manager for Investco NV (later KBC Private Equity NV). He has since 1998 been the managing director of the family-owned investment company 3D NV. He currently serves as chairman of Atenor NV and Barco NV, and as independent director of Elia Group NV and Luxempart SA. He holds board mandates in several privately owned companies. He is also a member of Belgium’s Corporate Governance Commission.
