Biography

• Born in 1986 in Kortrijk, Belgium
• She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from King's College (London, UK), a Master’s degree in Law as well as postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law and Real Estate from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), and an MBA from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).
• She began her career in 2010 as a lawyer in the corporate department of Allen & Overy, specialising in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. She subsequently spent a year at Novartis in Basel as part of the group legal team focusing on IT sourcing transactions.
• Following her MBA, she joined SGS in Geneva as global Corporate Development Manager. She later worked at Vlerick Group, as a real estate investment manager while also serving as legal & tax counsel.
• Since 2020, she has been Partner at Ninepointfive Ventures, an industrial technology venture capital fund specialising in corporate venturing. In this role, she leads and executes venture capital investments, supports portfolio companies, and is responsible for the legal and compliance matters at fund level.
• Since 2019, Elisa also serves on the board of Recticel Group (a Euronext Brussels listed industrial company) and she is also a member of its Audit Committee since 2022. Since 2024, she acts as a board member at K&H Bank, a subsidiary of KBC Group where she also became a member of the risk & compliance committee and the remuneration committee.
• In the BoD of KBC Group: Non-Executive Director, representing the core shareholders.
