Purchase documents
Here you will find a number of documents that may form part of your agreement with KBC regarding the present or future services, supplies or work that you carry out for KBC.
It is explained in the Cover Document or Letter of Contract that you sign or have signed or in the assignment e-mail or Purchase Order which documents (in which versions) apply to you.
You will see when opening them that the documents are sealed. That means that the documents have both an electronic signature and an electronic time stamp. This is a legally conclusive arrangement and ensures that KBC cannot make further changes to any particular version. You are therefore certain that the same text applies as when you agreed to the document and, likewise, that KBC can at all times prove that a certain version applied on a certain date and had not been amended in the interim.
