A Message to All Former KBC Bank Ireland Colleagues

As time passes, many of us move on to new jobs, new homes, and new adventures. Amid all that change, it’s easy to forget to update your contact details—especially when it comes to something like your pension.
But staying connected matters.

With KBC Bank Ireland’s exit from the Irish market, we want to make sure you continue to receive important updates about your pension—whether it’s your annual Benefit Statement, changes to your plan, or information about accessing your retirement benefits when the time comes.

Therefore, please take a moment to ensure your home address and email address are up to date by:

  • Contacting Mercer’s JustASK member helpline at JustAsk Mercer
  • If you’re a member of the Defined Contribution (DC) Plan (which started in 2012), you can also update your details directly through Mercer OneView

You’ve worked hard to build your pension—let’s make sure you receive everything you’re entitled to.
