If you had a Personal Loan with KBC, this has now transferred to either Bank of Ireland or Pepper. You will have received a letter from us confirming where your account was transferred to.

Cessation of Payment Processing
On November 2nd, all SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) processing at KBC Bank Ireland will will cease. KBC Ireland will continue to investigate and (where it’s deemed appropriate to do so) honour any payment recalls and returns in line with our regulatory obligations.
